They will also compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and be able to draw and interpret graphs effectively. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, along with 2-4 years of relevant work experience in engineering or project management. Experience in metal cutting and medical devices is preferred, as well as knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and Root Cause analysis techniques. This role is critical in ensuring that manufacturing processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with industry standards.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline preferred.
• 2-4 years of work-related experience in engineering or project management required.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience may be considered.
• Metal cutting experience preferred.
• Medical Device experience preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma and Root Cause analysis experience preferred.
