About the position

The position offers an outstanding opportunity for high potential Engineering graduates to develop a leadership career in pharmaceutical manufacturing at Thermo Fisher Scientific's Greenville, NC site. Participants will engage in a rotational program over three years, gaining broad experience in various facets of pharmaceutical manufacturing, including supervisory and management roles, while being exposed to core processes, technologies, and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotation assignments over three years to gain experience in different facets of pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Engage in a supervisory/management rotation to develop leadership skills.
• Experience company processes and systems, including Practical Process Improvement (PPI) and manufacturing operations.
• Contribute to critical initiatives and projects within the organization.
• Build strong professional networks and gain credibility through results-driven work.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Bio-medical, Chemical, or related field) either completed or enrolled, on track to graduate by May 2025.
• Experience in life sciences, business, or engineering preferred, including internships or co-op work.
• Consistent record of leadership accomplishments.
