In this role, you will be expected to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. You will define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Operating a personal computer, including using a Windows-based operating system and related software, is essential. Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages, are required. You will also need to write simple correspondence and read and understand visual aids. The position requires the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions and deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. You will need to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, as well as perform basic mathematical operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Additionally, you will compute rates, ratios, and percentages and draw and interpret graphs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline preferred.
• 2-4 years work-related experience required in engineering or project management or related discipline.
• An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered.
• Metal cutting experience preferred.
• Medical Device experience preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma and Root Cause analysis experience preferred.
