About the position

Join our Menomonee Falls, WI team as a Manufacturing Engineer II and provide direct support to our engineering manufacturing operations. We are looking for a talented and motivated Engineer to perform design, fabrication, modification, and evaluation of our manufacturing operations of naval power electronics. The role involves developing and streamlining production operations in the manufacturing execution system, identifying and supporting required tooling to achieve production goals, and pulling and analyzing production data to solve problems and aid in evidence-based decision-making. Additionally, you will optimize floor layout based on business forecasts and partner with the engineering department to achieve design for manufacturing ability targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable engineering field
• 2-5 years applicable engineering experience or equivalent combination of education/training and experience
• Specialties may include manufacturing, production, industrial, welding, tooling, testing, processing, software, and robotics
• Lean implementation experience in a manufacturing environment
• Green or black belt in Six Sigma preferred
• Must be a US citizen and meet DRS security standards as imposed by DoD
