The Manufacturing Engineer Manager at Nidec Motor Corporation is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to ensure product functionality and cost efficiency. This role requires effective leadership and collaboration with various teams to meet engineering and manufacturing goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality as well as cost efficiency
• Ensures the engineering team and other manufacturing departments work together cohesively
• Development of equipment to aid in the manufacturing process
• Reviews, evaluates and implements engineering changes and specifications requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
• Strong collaboration delivering exceptional business results
• Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
