About the position

The Manufacturing Engineer at MAHLE plays a crucial role in supporting design engineers with design-for-manufacturing processes. This position involves collaborating with operational technical experts to design tools, fixtures, programs, and equipment that ensure the production of high-quality, economically competitive products. The Manufacturing Engineer is accountable for managing the end manufacturing costs of products and ensuring that production can deliver quality products on the first attempt. This role requires exceptional foresight, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of various engineering and manufacturing disciplines, along with an aptitude for risk management.
