Responsibilities

• Drive characteristic improvement within assigned category through regional benchmarking/sharing.
• Provide LO viewpoint for RO/GO strategy and NM activity.
• Confirm specifications for RO lead projects.
• Conduct characteristics analysis including data collection, benchmarking, and best practice sharing.
• Correlate LO/RO/GO strategy and NM development, including leadership of requested studies and project evaluations through E-plan.
• Conduct capacity/allocation studies and BP themes.
• Support other RO/GO study and/or data requests.
• Support PE Genpo team activities: PEQ, OT, OLT, and Project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing Engineering Preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3-10 years of relevant engineering work experience focused in ST, PO, WE, PA, or AF category as applicable to job title.
• Strong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with customers and internal project teams.
• Business acumen in a technical environment.
