About The Position
The Manufacturing Engineer for Wire Harness Manufacturing at General Dynamics Land Systems is responsible for providing technical support and direction to the production and development of manufacturing processes. This role ensures the delivery of quality products on time and within budget while focusing on continuous process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze existing systems, design new manufacturing processes, and mentor production personnel.
