About the position

The position involves designing, implementing, and reviewing processes, procedures, and equipment in the manufacturing sector. The role focuses on enhancing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality in manufacturing operations through various assessments and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Recommends manufacturing equipment and processes designed to be efficient, cost-effective, and to promote quality and reliability.
• Assesses current equipment and processes, identifies, recommends, and implements changes in the manufacturing process.
• Helps to identify, troubleshoot, and implement process changes to improve both quality and production output.
• Researches automation techniques, tests new systems for productivity improvements, and plans factory layouts to optimize production output.
• Collects and analyzes production and quality assurance data, recommending and implementing action plans based on operational performance data.
• May train personnel in equipment usage and processes.

• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite applications and ERP systems (Oracle or equivalent).
• Minimum 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Educational Background.
• 5 Years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in machining and assembly environments.
