Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 10% to support Global Distribution Network.

Responsibilities

• Design and/or develop manufacturing processes and techniques to solve manufacturing problems.
• Recommend design changes to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase product performance.
• Lead discrepant material reviews.
• Interact regularly with internal groups and customers or vendors on technical and administrative matters.
• Develop and coordinate equipment requirements for assigned projects.
• Develop procedures including process flows and work instructions.
• Prepare detailed plans necessary to complete assigned projects, generally spanning several months.
• Use tools and skills to effectively initiate, plan, implement, monitor, control, and drive projects to successful conclusions.
