About the position

The Manufacturing Engineer position at DuPont is focused on supporting and improving existing manufacturing operations within the Laird Performance Materials business. This role involves collaboration across various functions to ensure the effective end-to-end manufacture of products, while also playing a key role in the introduction of new products and changes to the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve existing manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including integrated operations, quality, EH&S, R&D, TS&D, commercial, marketing, and supply chain.
• Deliver results on projects aligned with site and business needs.
• Play a key role in bringing changes and new products to the manufacturing site.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing processes and operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with process technology in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with quality assurance and EH&S standards.
