About the position

Solenoid Solutions, Inc. (SSI) is seeking a highly motivated Engineering Professional to join their team. This role focuses on the identification, development, and implementation of cost reduction and process improvement projects, as well as the design and validation of new equipment and fixtures. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting assembly and test equipment issues and creating documented manufacturing instructions.

Responsibilities

• Identification, development and implementation of cost reduction and process improvement projects.
• Design, procurement, construction, installation, and validation of new equipment & fixtures.
• Troubleshooting of assembly & test equipment issues.
• Creation of documented Manufacturing Instructions.
• Evaluation of in-process product issues.

Requirements

• BS Engineering Degree, Engineering Technology Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the use of 3D CAD systems.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop solutions.
• Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
