Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvements.
• Apply working knowledge of product design and assembly to the manufacturing process.
• Create processes and procedures to help the company meet budgetary goals as well as performance quotas.
• Develop and implement process improvements and technological upgrades.
• Assure product and process quality by performing root cause analysis, then testing finished products and process capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering or Process Engineering role.
• Proven experience with process improvement and root cause analysis.
• Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
