About the position

The Manufacturing Engineer will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing processes within the company. The engineer will work closely with production teams to ensure that improvements are effectively integrated into daily operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. This position is fully on-site in Nicholasville, Kentucky, and involves working in environments that include injection molding and plating lines, which can be hot and dirty. Therefore, the engineer must be prepared to work in these conditions while maintaining a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities
