Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer or Mechanical Engineer specializing in Automation Technology.
• 1-3 years of experience in PLC troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong team-building, decision-making, and people management skills.
• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
