About The Position
ATI is seeking to hire a Manufacturing Engineer to support full life-cycle management of Value-Add manufacturing for our Specialty Rolled Products business unit. This position will be based in Washington, PA. This role involves cradle-to-grave engineering of value-added projects, primarily focused on transforming raw plate, coil, or sheet materials into semi-finished or finished parts. Manufacturing Engineers work with end customers to integrate value-added processes such as cutting and shaping, while ensuring all engineering, mill standards, and vendor coordination are in place. They spend significant time on process design, both internally and with third-party vendors, to meet industry standards and deliver quality products. As an integral part of the commercial organization, this role will be required to interact and participate in negotiations with both internal and external customers and subcontractors.
