The engineer will provide floor support to troubleshoot process issues, employing continuous improvement and root cause analysis techniques. Furthermore, the Manufacturing Engineer will develop, revise, and document manufacturing processes to meet established goals related to cost, quality, scrap, labor, and safety. Safety is a paramount concern, and the Manufacturing Engineer will enforce safety procedures, remaining vigilant to unsafe behaviors or conditions and taking corrective actions as needed.
