About the position

The Manufacturing Financial Analyst position at CooperVision involves providing accounting and financial support to the West Henrietta packaging operations, as well as global quality and engineering teams. The role focuses on monitoring performance, developing forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term strategies. It also includes collaboration with finance and general accounting for monthly financial close and analysis of various financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting and financial support to packaging operations, global quality, and engineering teams.
• Monitor performance and develop forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term strategies.
• Assist in the monthly financial close process in collaboration with finance and general accounting.
• Conduct monthly financial analysis and reporting on labor, materials, overhead, inventory, capital expenditures, and productivity measures/KPIs.
• Analyze various projects for cash flow and profitability as a business partner with finance and operations.

Requirements

• Strong background in accounting and finance principles.
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• Ability to develop budgets and forecasts.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in manufacturing finance or similar industry.
