About the position

The Plastipak Manufacturing Leadership Graduate Development Program is designed for new or recent engineering graduates who aspire to fast-track their careers into leadership roles within the manufacturing sector. This immersive rotational program spans three years, allowing participants to gain hands-on experience across various manufacturing plant locations while receiving mentorship and leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on production operations experience during the first year.
• Gain experience as a Quality or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Engineer in the first year.
• Take ownership of projects throughout the program.
• Experience logistics/scheduling or warehouse leadership in the second year.
• Tailor experiences in the third year to support individual career objectives and prepare for post-program placement.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Packaging Science, or Industrial Operations with an expected graduation date of December 2024 or Spring 2025.
• Alternatively, candidates who earned their degree any time after Spring 2023 are eligible.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 required.
• Willingness to relocate to any of the US plant locations for each yearly rotation (relocation assistance provided).
• Demonstrated leadership experience through extracurricular activities, service, or professional groups.
• Previous work or internship experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
