About the position
The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician at STS Aerospace is responsible for performing maintenance tasks related to electrical, plumbing, hydraulic systems, HVAC, and overall facility maintenance. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the facility and involves a variety of hands-on tasks including repairs, replacements, and general upkeep of the building's infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, hydraulic systems
- Knowledge of HVAC, pumps and overall facility maintenance
- Patches or replaces plaster or plaster board
- Paints walls, ceilings and trim of building
- Clears clogged drains and replaces plumbing
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
