About the position

The Manufacturing Operations Coordinator (Material Handler) at Keysight Technologies plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and shipping. Responsibilities

  • Observe/practice good housekeeping and all safety procedures.
  • Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly throughout daily activities.
  • Perform warehouse activities related to receiving, inventory management, and/or shipping.
  • Unload/load incoming material, count, verify accuracy of shipments, and perform data entry.
  • Pick, pack, ship, maintain department databases, create/update reports, and file documentation.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve production obstacles or delays.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, internal and external customers, and management.
  • Act in accordance with all company, state, federal, and international quality and business control requirements.
  • Support and suggest alternative processes for material handling across departments as necessary.
  • Provide on-the-job training and guidance for others as needed.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
  • Collaborate across sites with Leads and Supervisors to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a sustainable culture around LEAN and reducing waste.
  • Own personal development and participate in team meetings to review goals and metrics.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with MS Suite of applications including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds without assistance.
