About the position

The Manufacturing Operations & Engineering Intern position at AgCertain offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. Interns will work on business-critical projects that allow them to make a meaningful impact within the company while developing their skills in engineering and operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely and appropriately in all AgCertain situations and environments
• Fulfill tasks as assigned by your supervisor with high engagement and attention to detail
• Build your understanding of AgCertain's growing role in the agriculture industry
• Ensure strong communication with supervisors and leadership through continual reporting on project progress
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies for Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agriculture Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Agriculture Systems Technology, Industrial Technology or related fields
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and technical skills
• Have an interest in engineering
• A willingness to learn
• Act with humility, honesty, integrity and a commitment to safety
• Abide by Good Manufacturing Practices in all areas of the facility
