About The Position
The Manufacturing Operations Excellence Manager is responsible for developing and executing the local lean roadmap to enhance operational efficiency and productivity at the site. This role involves implementing the Stanadyne Production System processes and methodologies, engaging with various departments to ensure effective collaboration on improvement projects, and leading continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and Six Sigma.
