• Report progress to senior management.
• Develop detailed reporting and a streamlined process, including an escalation path and overall awareness across the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong program management skills.
• Strong analytical, financial, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
• Creative problem-solving and ability to work with ambiguity.
