About the position

The Manufacturing Operations Project Manager at Trade-Wind Manufacturing, LLC is responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes, managing project timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to maintain quality standards and meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development and integration of new manufacturing processes, technologies, or equipment.
• Drive the planning process by clearly defining the project's scope, goals, and objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, quality, and production.
• Establish and maintain standard work instructions, quality control procedures, and safety protocols for manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure material flow and proper inventory management.
• Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Drive and monitor quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the consumer goods or appliance industry.
• Experience creating, setting up, overhauling, and/or transferring processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and process improvement abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to use program/project management software.
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
