About the position

The Manufacturing Operator-Equipment position at Ateeca Inc involves setting up, monitoring, and operating various equipment in a manufacturing facility. The role requires adherence to manufacturing specifications and quality assurance standards, with a focus on operating machinery related to the production of reinforced polypipe used in oil applications. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals with basic mechanical knowledge and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and operate various manufacturing equipment such as rewind, tapeline, packager, tape/braider, marline, plastic extruder, and PCP injection.
• Perform quality assurance activities as required by manufacturing and engineering specifications and ISO requirements.
• Read and interpret routine instructions and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Use general hand tools and precision measuring equipment effectively.
• Operate material moving equipment and overhead cranes, obtaining certification as necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months previous manufacturing experience.
• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to use general hand tools and precision measuring instruments.

Nice-to-haves

• Forklift experience (not required but preferred).

Benefits

• Contract position with hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
• Possibility of overtime, though not guaranteed every week.
