About the position

The Manufacturing Operator at Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc. is responsible for performing batch manufacturing, packing, equipment cleaning, and in-process testing for pharmaceutical products. This role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure production goals are met while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in batch manufacturing and packing processes.
• Perform equipment cleaning and area cleaning as required.
• Conduct in-process testing and sampling of batches in progress.
• Assist in the calibration of weighing and required equipment.
• Perform packaging activities and other assigned duties.
• Handle requests from departments for developmental or investigative purposes.
• Complete training forms in a timely manner for archival.

Requirements

• High School Diploma with some college courses or an Associate's Degree.
• 1+ year experience in batch manufacturing and packing in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Familiarity with cGMPs, CFRs, OSHA, and FDA regulations.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Strong communication skills to interact with various departments.
