About the position
The Manufacturing Packaging Technician at Healthmark Industries Co. is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of goods in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure that all products meet the required standards. The technician will work closely with the production team to meet targets and will be involved in various tasks related to packaging and labeling products.
Responsibilities
- Follow all applicable procedures, work instructions, and policies.
- Clean workstations.
- Fill Bead Vials.
- Dispense Protein Free Tests.
- Package Protein Free Tests.
- Handle proper labeling.
- Prepare Vials (filling with water, emptying, drying).
- Prepare Activators.
- Cap Activators.
- Manufacture HC-Swabs.
- Handle proper paperwork.
- Perform all other duties as deemed necessary.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and understand written and verbal job instructions and procedures.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Skill and proficiency in using personal computer software programs including word processing, spreadsheet applications, and spectrophotometer software.
- Good organizational skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Experience with lab equipment (scale, glassware, magnetic stirrer).
