About The Position

As a manufacturing process automation engineer at SpiraTec, you will execute manufacturing process automation projects from design and implementation to commissioning support at the customer’s site. You will be responsible for the implementation and visualization of process control systems, carrying out both basic and detailed engineering while assuming coordinative tasks in the project. Your focus will be on our customers in the pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing and chemical industry, where you will create all necessary documentation to support these projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing automation environment or in process automation
• Degree in chemical, pharmaceutical/biotechnology, electrical engineering, or a comparable degree
• Ideally have insights into common process automation systems/DCS (e.g., Honeywell Experion PKS or Emerson DeltaV)
• Open communication skills and proactive customer engagement
• Team-oriented approach with an interest in developing new topics in manufacturing automation
• Basic knowledge in ISA S88 Batch control

Responsibilities
