About the position

As an entry-level Manufacturing Process Engineer at Procter & Gamble, you will play a crucial role in improving machinery and process systems within our manufacturing and distribution centers. Your daily tasks may include analyzing and eliminating inefficiencies, delivering and starting up new equipment and initiatives, collaborating with technical experts across various functions, and creating training programs for technicians. Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritize, analyze, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies in the production process.
  • Deliver and start up new equipment, initiatives, and projects.
  • Collaborate with technical experts and other manufacturing sites to create optimal solutions.
  • Create learning programs and coach technicians to enhance their skills.
  • Develop and improve standards to achieve performance targets for the production line.
  • Understand and work with advanced robotics and automated equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering preferred).
  • Less than 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for job-related purposes.
  • Willingness to relocate during your career.
