They are looking for proactive individuals who can enhance product quality, optimize production processes, and support the introduction of new products and materials. The Manufacturing Process Engineer will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving the yield and utilization rates of quality products. This includes enhancing the First Time Yield (FTY) rate to ensure products meet quality standards on the first attempt. The engineer will develop and implement effective monitoring systems for mass production processes and conduct thorough analyses to detect and address production anomalies promptly. Evaluating risks associated with new products, materials, processes, and equipment is also a key responsibility, along with developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies for smooth integration. Additionally, the engineer will implement corrective measures to resolve batch quality issues, analyze customer complaints to identify root causes, and develop improvement plans to prevent recurrence. Providing on-site support for mass production customers and ensuring compliance with quality standards during audits are essential tasks. The role also requires maintaining an organized file system for all relevant documentation, ensuring records are up-to-date and accessible for reference and audit purposes.
