About The Position
As a Process Engineer at 3M, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career. You will make an impact by providing engineering support to our maintenance and operation teams within respective departments for continuous chemical coating applications and foam making to a final product. The process engineer is responsible for ensuring that all processes comply with regulatory requirements and standards. You will implement methods and approaches such as Lean, Six Sigma and others to optimize manufacturing processes.
