Responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise employees in the production facility.
• Provide ongoing leadership and training in LEAN manufacturing and 5S principles.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee electrical and mechanical maintenance within the facility.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bilingual preferred.
• Leadership and supervisory experience required.
• Experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Proficiency in forklift operation.
• Experience in production and process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets.
