About the position
As a Production Associate at Marvin, you will engage in various physical tasks to assemble high-quality windows and doors. Your safety is prioritized, and you will receive training on using hand and power tools. This role requires you to be active throughout the day, ensuring that each product meets the company's premium quality standards. Responsibilities
- Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, and cutting parts.
- Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out essential job functions and collaborate with your team.
- Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver them to production lines.
- Cross-train in multiple departments to add variety to your workday.
Requirements
- A High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- General experience with computers.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a variety of objects weighing 10 lbs. to 70 lbs.
- Ability to grip 65 lbs.
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and climb.
- Ability to stand and walk on concrete.
