About the position

Creare LLC is seeking a Manufacturing & Production Quality Engineer (M&PQE) to join their team in Hanover, NH. This role focuses on ensuring that projects meet or exceed quality standards as required by contracts. The M&PQE will work closely with project teams and QA Managers to interpret contractual requirements and implement actions to achieve compliance. The position requires a strong background in quality assurance within an aerospace or electronics manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting project-specific contractual requirements into executable actions for the project team.
• Communicating requirements to the entire project team including engineers, manufacturing personnel, and inspectors.
• Working directly with project teams to ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Identifying potential improvements to corporate-wide procedures to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Interacting with customer technical and quality assurance personnel to understand requirements and address issues.
• Leading customer quality assurance audits.
• Maintaining and developing knowledge of IS09001 and AS9100 standards.

Requirements

• Engineering degree from an ABET accredited institution.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an aerospace or electronics manufacturing environment.
• Certifications such as Lead Auditor, internal auditor, or ASQ Quality Engineer certification are preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma is a plus.
