About the position

The Production Technician at Anlin will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of windows and doors. This position involves a variety of tasks that are essential for the production and operational efficiency of the facility. The technician will assist with production-related tasks, ensuring that all materials are gathered and arranged properly to facilitate a smooth workflow. This includes maintaining and staging inventory of materials and tools, preparing necessary production materials, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices. The technician will also be responsible for performing other duties as assigned, which may vary based on the needs of the production team. In this role, effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for clearly receiving instructions and collaborating with team members. The technician must possess a solid understanding of the products and equipment used in manufacturing, as well as strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Time management skills are critical, as the technician will need to meet deadlines consistently. Additionally, analytical and problem-solving skills will be beneficial in addressing any challenges that arise during the production process. The position requires a teamwork and collaboration mindset, as the technician will work closely with others to achieve production goals. Physical demands of the job include prolonged periods of standing and repetitive motion, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least one year of related work experience preferred. This position is a full-time role based in Clovis, California, and does not offer remote work options.
