About the position

The Manufacturing Program Manager at Textron Systems is responsible for representing the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) on various programs, coordinating planning and execution of Earned Value Management System (EVMS), and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. This role involves leading the integration of production demands, managing financial reporting, supporting customer audits, and facilitating program execution. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively engage with all levels of the organization and to manage shifting priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Represent ISC on the Program
• Coordinate ISC CAM EVMS planning and execution
• Coordinate contractual requirements flow down
• Lead integration of production requirements/demands
• Coordinate all Operations financial reporting
• Coordinate all Operations proposal inputs
• Coordinate and support all Customer Audits
• Facilitate Program Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning (SIOP) Execution
• Plan Operations Headcount Needs (FAIT/Support)
• Facilitate Technical Interchange / Problem Resolution
• Represent Operations in Program Reviews, Gate Reviews, and Design Reviews
• Identify, Track, and Mitigate Risks

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or supply chain discipline
• Strong leadership skills and experience
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage time and resources efficiently
• Assertive personality with a strong bias for action
• Demonstrable troubleshooting and corrective action skills
• Ability to obtain a Secret level security clearance
