About the position

As a Manufacturing Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from the initial customer quote to the final contract. Your responsibilities will include reviewing contract requirements, creating work instructions for the production facility, and coordinating day-to-day project tasks. You will act as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will be responsible for adding new projects to the production schedule and managing vendor purchase orders related to the order management process. Your role will also involve monitoring galvanizers' lead times and submitting priority lists to ensure timely delivery of products according to customer schedules. In this position, you will be expected to create and review daily production reports for assigned projects, maintain strong customer relationships, and work closely with the internal purchasing department to confirm that all raw materials are procured for each project. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service will be essential to your success in this role. Responsibilities

  • Review customer quotes and contracts to understand project requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 5-7 years of work experience in project management, business coordination, or customer service.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.

Nice-to-haves
