- Maintain top-tier quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Focus on continuous improvement and program optimization.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing complex programs or projects within a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Advanced understanding of quality management and manufacturing processes, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on driving team success.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with stakeholders effectively.
Nice-to-haves
- ERP and MES system experience.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory standards (ISO, FDA).
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
