As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in focusing on quality concerns, implementing corrective actions, and driving improvements within the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for recognizing and addressing quality issues, introducing and verifying corrective actions, conducting quality audits, and investigating customer returns to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the production process. This role is essential in maintaining the company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Focus on quality concerns within manufacturing processes.
• Recognize and address quality issues as they arise.
• Introduce and verify corrective actions to improve quality.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Investigate and disposition customer returns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Knowledge of statistical methods preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in quality engineering (Co-op or Internship experience will also be considered).
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restriction.
