Responsibilities
- Conduct technical analysis of multiple data sources including warranty claims, FQRs, tech lines, and surveys.
- Utilize engineering fundamentals to assist MQ model engineers in investigating issues.
- Correlate market data with in-house rejections and audit findings to prioritize quality improvements.
- Employ predictive analysis to forecast potential market quality issues.
- Develop macros, programs, and queries to enhance data processing efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with a focus on data analytics, or a degree in data analytics or statistics, or equivalent experience.
- 0-6 years of experience depending on education level.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in programming languages such as Excel VBA, C++, Python, or SQL.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methodologies.
