About the position

This position is responsible for ensuring the quality excellence of products and services delivered to customers, focusing on continuous quality improvement within the production sectors. The role involves managing quality control processes, leading audits, and implementing corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Quality of one or several sectors
• Apply and maintain the Process Control Plan consistent with Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)
• Challenge supervisors to identify and manage risks in a preventive mode
• Lead Process Audits and Process FMEAs
• Create and maintain quality control documentation and ensure related training and application in the sector
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead containment actions and root cause analysis of quality issues
• Provide solutions to increase Customer Satisfaction
• Contribute to process/control capability implementation as a local expert of the assembled products

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic)
• 3+ years of experience with manufacturing quality or manufacturing engineering
• Experience with 8D problem solving methodology and tool utilization (e.g., 5 Why, fishbone)
• Six Sigma knowledge, experience, or certification is highly desired
