As a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Senior Manager and Deputy to Camden Operations at Lockheed Martin, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all Camden products. This role involves managing product managers, utilizing financial management skills, maintaining customer engagement, and coordinating with various programs and functions to implement best practices and business processes at the site.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proven Leadership Skills

• Strong Communication Skills (both written and verbal)
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to obtain a Secret DOD Clearance

• Experience with Missiles and Fire Control Programs

• Lean/Six Sigma Processes (Black or Green Belt Preferred)
