About the position

The Manufacturing Software Engineer Internship (MES DevOps) at Keysight offers an exciting opportunity for undergraduate or graduate students to gain hands-on experience in software development and integration within the manufacturing center of excellence. Interns will work with the MES DevOps team in Colorado Springs, CO, focusing on Siemens Opcenter MES, enhancing their programming skills while contributing to innovative solutions in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Building and setting up new development tools.
• Working on ways to automate and implement improvements.
• Develop, test and implement new software designs.
• Manage product priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Demonstrate passion for learning and seek development opportunities for self and team.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree or graduate pursuing a master's degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering.
• Proficient/exposure in Python, SQL, Django, C#, and AWS.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and independently in a global environment.
• Ability to collaborate across teams in a global environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
