About The Position
As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by leading an hourly manufacturing team of 40+ operators on a rotating or fixed 3 and 4 crew shift schedules while managing plant manufacturing processes and closely monitoring KPIs. You will drive plant safety with EHS and the operator team to identify and problem solve escalated opportunities with a focus on PSM covered processes. Additionally, you will champion Lean Manufacturing through continuous improvement project identification and execution, and engage with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure orders are produced according to product standards and on time for customers. A willingness to be on-call is also required.
