About the position

The selected candidate will manage the Clearwater production team in the area of Cables at Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems. This role involves full responsibility for ensuring that hardware content meets all requirements while adhering to Hours Per Unit (HPU) and schedule allocations. The position emphasizes continuous improvement in quality, schedule, and cost, as well as the development of team talent and production flow lines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Clearwater production team in the area of Cables.
• Ensure hardware content meets all requirements and is executed within the Hours Per Unit (HPU) and schedule allocation.
• Identify and implement changes to improve quality, schedule, and cost.
• Proactively drive continuous improvement and development of talent.
• Develop, implement, and improve current production flow lines.

Requirements

• Experience in leadership or leading a team.
• Familiarity with manufacturing/production operations and concepts such as shop floor management, manufacturing program management, production control, quality, and work center scheduling.
• Understanding of manpower production rates.
