About the position

The Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening candidates for specialized manufacturing roles, including CNC machinists, welders, and press brake operators. This role is crucial in helping skilled professionals find long-term employment while ensuring compliance with hiring requirements and maintaining strong relationships with industry contacts.

Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, and screen candidates for specialized manufacturing roles (CNC, welding, press brake, etc.)
  • Conduct interviews and ensure candidates meet client company requirements
  • Manage staffing software efficiently to fill orders and maintain candidate databases
  • Use job boards, social media, and other platforms to attract qualified talent
  • Build and maintain relationships with manufacturing professionals and industry contacts
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure compliance with pre-assignment and I-9 requirements
  • Oversee temporary employee performance and address any issues

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting for manufacturing roles such as CNC machinists, welders, press brake operators
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage high volumes of daily tasks and emails
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Flexible availability to meet business needs, including after-hours and weekends
  • Previous recruiting, staffing, or HR experience is required
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish preferred)
