Responsibilities

• Work in a manufacturing or construction environment with knowledge of manufacturing materials and tools
• Perform finishing tasks such as painting, sanding, and prep work
• Utilize proper material handling techniques
• Maintain physical dexterity and be active on the job
• Communicate effectively and manage time efficiently
• Maintain a safe work environment and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Demonstrate proficient computer knowledge

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment
• Finishing experience in painting, sanding, and prep work is considered an asset
• Experience with proper material handling techniques
• Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills
• Understanding of safety protocols and willingness to use PPE
• Proficient computer knowledge
• Steel-toed shoes required
• Ability to work 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shift rotation
