The Manufacturing Technician at Keysight Technologies plays a crucial role in semiconductor manufacturing processes, working primarily on the night shift. This position requires the ability to operate specialized equipment, follow strict cleanroom protocols, and implement continuous improvement practices. The technician will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality output while collaborating with various teams to meet manufacturing needs.

Responsibilities

• Able to work 12 hour shifts on this schedule.
• Able to stand and walk the entire shift.
• Ability to handle chemicals.
• Operate equipment dedicated to semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Be comfortable using computers and learning new computer programs.
• Be comfortable using a computer and data system for data entry while following written instructions.
• Implementation of continuous improvement and lean principles to optimize workflow.
• Follow standard manufacturing and cleanroom protocol, including gowning and following good operating discipline.
• Ability to sustain a high quality of work in a fast-paced cleanroom environment.
• Excellent work ethics in terms of attendance, organization, and team skills.
• Once proven efficient, ability to train others based on business needs.

Requirements

• Must have the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary organization by communicating effectively with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance personnel to ensure that manufacturing needs are being met.
