Responsibilities
- Ensure product flow using prints, recipes, and workmanship standards.
- Meet engineering and quality specifications for products.
- Work independently under immediate supervision following pre-established guidelines.
- Participate in improvement initiatives to meet department goals and business objectives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrable mechanical ability or technical savvy.
- Comfortable working with tools and following procedures.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and follow written work instructions.
- Basic PC skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Similar manufacturing or extrusion experience.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts.
- Associate's Degree or certification from an accredited technical program.
